A new organization has recently been formed to help find future uses for the former Grant-Deuel School building in Revillo. The Grant-Deuel School District was dissolved this past spring due to declining enrollment. Following the closure, former Grant-Deuel Superintendent Al Stewart came up with a unique idea which is designed to help make the building useful again. Al now serves as the Executive Director for a newly formed non-profit organization known as the “Spirit of the Cats Foundation,” which is designed to help bring new life to the former Grant-Deuel School…

Al says the foundation is comprised of a select group of individuals from around the area who have a sincere interest in making the former Grant-Deuel School building useful again…

According to Al, the building has many rooms and spaces available for anyone who may have an interest in either upgrading their current business operation or just having a place to exercise…
