The South Dakota Highway Patrol responded to an accident between a car and a semi late Sunday afternoon in Roberts County which resulted in a large diesel spill, but no injuries.

The South Dakota Department of Public Safety reports the incident occurred at around 4 p.m. on U.S. Highway 12 a mile west of Summit.
