In celebration of the South Dakota High School All-State Chorus and Orchestra, two Milbank High School mixed quartet groups have been selected to join nearly 1000 voices and a full symphony orchestra on Saturday, October 28th under the direction of Dr. Tim Seeling and Michael Gerdes. The Sioux Falls Premier Center will serve as the rehearsal and performance venue for the upcoming grand concert. Miriam says the event may also present somewhat of a unique, but inviting challenge as well for certain music groups which have been selected to perform at this year’s all-state festival…
According to Miriam, a select group of high school vocalists will also have the opportunity to showcase their individual talents as well during this year’s all-state event…
Saturday’s grand concert at the Sioux Falls Premier Center will be broadcast live Saturday evening at 7 p.m. on South Dakota Public Television.
