A benefit fundraising event will be held this coming Sunday, November 5th for a Milbank family who experienced a traumatic moment recently when one of their family members was seriously injured in a car accident on Interstate 29 near Sioux Falls.

Katie Loutsch, a 2013 graduate of Milbank High School suffered life-threatening injuries in a single vehicle accident that occurred back on October 12th. Since that time, Katie has been undergoing extensive medical treatment at a Sioux Falls hospital. Katie’s parents, Jeff and Marie Loutsch have expressed cautious optimism as Katie continues her long, but promising road to a full recovery. In an effort to help offset some of the family’s ongoing medical expenses a benefit fundraiser is being held this coming Sunday, November 5th in Milbank, as Brenda Maass, one of the primary organizers for the event explains…

Brenda describes some of the main activities that will be taking place on Sunday to help out the Loutsch family…

Again, the benefit brunch event for Katie Loutsch will take place this Sunday, November 5th from 10 a.m. until noon at American Lutheran Church in Milbank.
