The annual Milbank Snow Queen Festival will be held tomorrow (Saturday) evening, November 11th, in the Milbank High School Theatre.
Doors will open at 6 p.m. with the festival itself slated to begin at 7.
Ten girls will take the stage with each contestant vying for the title of “Miss Milbank.” The winner of this year’s contest will also receive a $500 scholarship. The first runner-up will receive a $250 scholarship while the second runner-up will receive a $150 scholarship.
Tickets for the festival can be purchased at Bat Mobile Wireless in Milbank today (Friday) or they can also be purchased at the high school between noon and three on Saturday. Tickets may also be purchased at the door prior to the festival. Tickets are $5 a piece.
There will also be a “Little Miss Milbank” contest, as well, with 32 kindergarten girls vying for this year’s title.
