The annual “Souper Bowl of Caring” event was recently held in Grant County in an effort to help fight hunger locally and throughout the United States.
Area businesses and organizations taking part in this year’s event included local churches, Berens Warehouse Groceries and Hartman’s Family Foods with all collected items being donated to the Grant County Food Pantry.
The initial deadline for collecting donated food items was Sunday, February 4th. However, anyone who would still like to make a contribution to this year’s annual food drive event can do so by dropping off their food item or items at the Grant County Food Pantry.
