Many people across the United States are still in disbelief today (Thursday) after learning about the latest mass shooting to affect the nation. A 19-year-old male subject opened fire on students and staff at a school in Broward County Florida yesterday (Wednesday) leaving 17 people dead and numerous others injured. Although, we would like to think this type of situation is not likely to happen here, we know that, realistically it can happen anywhere. Last year, there were 346 such incidents reported throughout the nation.
