The Clear Lake Fire Department responded to a blaze this (Thursday) morning involving a metal shed at an area farmstead.
The Deuel County Sheriff’s Office says the fire call came in at approximately 10 a.m. from a farm located west of Clear Lake.
The fire was mostly contained by the property owner before local fire rescue crews arrived on the scene.
A preliminary investigation revealed the fire may have been caused by some type of electrical issue.
There were no injuries reported.
The exact cause of the fire is still under investigation.
