A group of talented musicians from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota will perform this coming Saturday, April 21th at 5 p.m. at Emanuel Lutheran Church in Milbank. The “Tintinnabula” handbell choir, under the direction of Jessica Westgard is currently on their annual spring tour with Milbank being selected as part of this year’s tour schedule.
