The Milbank Area Chamber of Commerce held a formal ribbon cutting ceremony today (Friday) marking the official grand opening of a new hair, nail and tanning salon business in the community.
A grand opening ceremony was held today (Friday) at Jay Elle Salon located at 206 South Main Street. Several Milbank area chamber members were on hand to take part in a formal ribbon cutting ceremony, as well, at 12 noon for the new hair salon business. Again, Jay Elle Salon is located at 206 South Main Street in Milbank. The business is open Mondays and Fridays from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m., Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10 – 6, and on Saturdays from 10 – noon.
