Lake Farley Park in Milbank will be the setting for this year’s 21st annual “It Only Takes A Spark” cancer walk event honoring cancer victims and survivors from Grant County. This year’s event kicks off this (Friday) evening and continues into early Saturday. Ann Tuchscherer, a member of the cancer walk core committee says this year’s event will start off with a community picnic, which is open to anyone who would like to be a part of a great outdoor food activity…
