A rural Milbank man has died as a results of injuries sustained in a recent farming accident.
On Tuesday, October 31st, the Grant County Sheriff’s Office was called to a rural farmstead along
477th Avenue near the intersection of 145th Street north of Milbank.
Upon further investigation, it was determined that 60-year-old James Speidel of Milbank was mowing with a farm tractor when the tractor overturned, causing him to be ejected.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
