For the past 40 years, the Miltones of Milbank have been entertaining crowds in South Dakota and Minnesota. Members of the group come from Milbank, LaBolt, and Stockholm in South Dakota, and Ortonville, Clinton, Odessa and Bellingham in Minnesota. The group is inviting the public to attend their annual spring concert this coming Saturday, March 24th at 7 p.m. in the Milbank High School Theater. Loren Rademacher, a primary spokesperson for the group takes a closer look at this weekend’s upcoming concert event…

Loren goes on to further explain how the group goes about choosing the songs which it performs while on tour at different times throughout the year…

As you might expect, the group has a regular practice schedule which is not always followed perfectly by everyone, per se, but it still keeps everyone in rhythm leading up to each scheduled performance as Loren explains…

Loren goes on to describe just a few of the many locations where the group performs on a regular basis each year…

Tickets for Saturday’s annual spring concert are $10 for adults with students from Kindergarten through High School age being admitted for free. Advance tickets for the performance may be obtained at
Great Western Bank, First Bank and Trust and Food and Fuel in Milbank, as well as Minnwest Bank or Cen Bank in Ortonville. Tickets will also be available at the door the day of the performance.
