The Valley Queen Cheese Factory in Milbank has announced the hiring of two new Senior Managers to oversee daily business operations at the local cheese processing facility.
Keith Gretenhart has been named as the new “Senior-Manager for Ingredient Sales.”
He will be actively involved with the marketing of daily ingredients to domestic and international customers, as well as overseeing the company’s cream purchasing operations.
Gretenhart was previously involved with dairy and food marketing operations at Cayuga Milk Ingredients in Auburn, New York prior to assuming his current position.
Alex McDonald has been named as Valley Queen’s new Senior Manager-Supply Chain supervisor.
His responsibilities include coordinating the company’s production scheduling plan with customers and aspects of purchasing, and transportation.
McDonald previously served with Foremost Farms USA in Baraboo, Wisconsin where he was actively involved with supply chain-management operations.
