The Roberts County Sheriff’s Office this week has received reports of fake $100 bills circulating among retail businesses in the immediate area.

On Tuesday, a local sheriff’s deputy was contacted by an area business merchant who indicated that they had come across some counterfeit money while examining their in-store revenue.

The fake $100 bills which have been circulating throughout the area are clearly marked with the words “FOR MOTION PICTURE USE ONLY!”

Anyone who receives one of these bills is asked to contact their local law enforcement agency immediately.
