The Milbank Police Department is investigating several reported incidents of vandalism which occurred over the past weekend involving local businesses and privately owned structures.
A preliminary investigation revealed that an unknown person or persons applied spray paint to the outside of several buildings sometime late Saturday night or early Sunday morning, causing significant damage.
