Officials in Watertown say one person was injured yesterday (Wednesday) when a vehicle left a street and crashed into a local bank.
Police say the incident happened shortly after noon when a vehicle traveling on First Avenue Northeast left the street and crashed into the southwest corner of Great Western Bank.
The vehicle then came to rest in the boulevard alongside a tree.
The driver, who’s name wasn’t released was taken to Prairie Lakes Healthcare System in Watertown for treatment of injuries sustained in the accident.
