Regardless of when, where, or how you listen, Bob & Sheri is sure to brighten up your day! Bob Lacey and Sheri Lynch keep you entertained with unique take on current events and pop culture to you each day. The pair create new content every weekday weaving their personal experiences into the show, sharing everything: The good, the bad, and the funny, with their listeners. Bob recently retired but is still very much a part of the show family. You may even hear him pop in from time to time. Lamar Richardson was a regular caller to Bob & Sheri early on. He was always ready with witty lines. He’s a total movie and TV buff, so it was logical to make him “The People’s Movie Critic.” Lamar’s movie reviews are heard every Friday morning in addition to his daily contributions. He’s now a full-time Co-host with the show.

I’m a lifelong South Dakotan, born and raised on a farm north of Lake Preston. After spending my early days figuring out what I didn’t want to do with my life, I enrolled in Radio1 Broadcast School in LaCrosse, Wisconsin. After that, I came back home and somehow lucked into a job here at Power 106.3! It’s been an amazing ride, working here. I started on nights, then eventually moved my way to the midday 9a-2p shift and am now proud to call myself Power 106.3 and Star 98.1 Program Director.
I’m a fan of learning new things, walking around town while listening to tunes and trying not to get a sunburn, reading (but not only books with pictures!), movies, TV, and rock n roll, baby. Thanks for reading, and thanks for listening all these years on Power 106.3!

Hello, I’m Micah Warrington!! I’m a lifelong South Dakotan. I grew up in Hartford, SD, graduated from West Central High School before proudly attending the University of South Dakota, GO YOTES!! I played football, basketball, and baseball in high school and continue my avid sports fandom to this day. I enjoy watching sports, movies, and TV shows while also diving into a good book every now and then. I’ve been working for the company since August of 2023 when I started at B103 in Sisseton before moving down to Power 106.3 in Watertown in August of 2025.
